Fat 2 Fit = Weight Management:

Our weight management programme is designed to educate, encourage and support you to help you achieve weight loss goals. Everyone is different so our sessions are catered for all individuals.

Our programme is available to everyone with weight or health problems.

It is a 12-week programme.

The weekly programme takes place at Fitness Without Boundaries sites and covers the following areas:

Private weigh in, Nutritional advice and talks,  Small Group sessions

Group fitness session of 8

Level 3, First Aid at Work Course (3day).

Complies with the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and fully accredited by Royal Lifesaving SSocietyUk

This qualification gives the learner the skills and knowledge to deal with emergency First Aid

On the qualification you will learn By our qualified Instructor Jody

Priorities of a First Aider, Managing incidents, Basic Life Support and CPR

Examination of Casualty, Control of bleeding,  Unconsciousness

Burns and Scalds,  Fractures, Sprains and Strains, Contents of a First Aid Box

Recording and Reporting,

Candidates on the course will be continuously assessed and on completion and on passing the course will be issued with a First Aid At Work Certificate. (level 3)

 

Level 2, Emergency First Aid at Work Course (1day).

This Course is the most popular course for those who want to learn what to do in an emergency. This course is delivered by our most qualified instructor Jody

This Complies with the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and fully accredited by RLSS

This qualification gives the learner the skills and knowledge to deal with emergency First Aid

On the qualification, you will learn.

Basic Life Support,  Choking,  Serious Bleeding & Unconsciousness

Candidates on the course will be continuously assessed and on completion and on passing the course will be issued with an Emergency Fist Aid Certificate.

 

Private company Health Checks

At We Train You Gain Health Checks in conjunction with the registered charity Fitness Without Boundaries, highly trained and experienced professionals come to the workplace and spend a dedicated 20-30 minutes with each member of staff and run through a structured and proven process of simple body analysis and cholesterol checks along with controlled questions to ascertain an individual’s mental health and state of mind to be able
to analyse the risk of likely issues which could arise and thus enabling individuals and/or employers to take preventative action before they occur. Based on the outcome individuals are given practical help and advice and support where applicable creating self-awareness along with positive steps and actions.

Managing the health and welfare of employees not only helps look after staff but makes commercial sense and fundamentally also protects a company’s bottom line.
